Fried clams with scallion and ginger

Ingredients

Clam
salt
Chicken essence
Cooking wine

Directions

Step 1
Clams in water for half a day, to sand mud, wash

Step 2
Add oil and saute ginger slices. Stir fry clams.

Step 3
Add cooking wine, a little water, a little salt and chicken essence.

Step 4
Stir fry until the clam cover is open, then put it on the plate.
