One of the delicacies of Cantonese cuisine.
Quarter one three yellow chicken
3 tbsp Chubang soy sauce
5 slices of ginger
Half a garlic
1 tsp pepper powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 spoonful of honey
Step 1Wash the chicken, marinate with salt, ginger, scallion, garlic, soy sauce, honey, peanut oil and white pepper for 2-4 hours. It can be put in the refrigerator.
Step 2Coat the rice cooker without water with peanut oil. When the oil is hot, add onion, ginger, garlic and saute until fragrant. Add the marinated chicken and bake for 5-8 minutes. Turn over the chicken. Bake for another 5-8 minutes. If the baking process will scorch, you can add some water.
Step 3Finally, keep warm for 2-3 minutes. Take out the chicken and skim the oil. Then pour out the side dishes and oil in the rice cooker.
Step 4Finally, cut the chicken and put it in the basin. Pour in the side dishes and oil.
