Fried chicken with bacon

Ingredients

200g plain chicken
150g Bacon
50g dried radish
15g red pepper
100g parsley
Appropriate amount of salt
Proper amount of chicken powder
Appropriate amount of green onion
Proper amount of cooking wine
Proper amount of soy sauce
Moderate amount of old style
Moderate amount of blended oil

Directions

Step 1
Slice the chicken and set aside.

Step 2
Wash bacon with warm water and slice.

Step 3
Cut the red pepper into small pieces, cut the dried radish into small pieces, wash the parsley and cut the scallion into sections.

Step 4
Put a little oil in the pot and force the fat out of the bacon over low heat.

Step 5
Saute the lean bacon until fragrant. Add ginger and garlic foam.

Step 6
Stir fry the chicken until the chicken is soft with oil. Add red pepper and dried radish.

Step 7
Add parsley and stir fry.

Step 8
Add a little water, stir in soy sauce, soy sauce, a little salt, chicken powder and scallion. Stir well and serve.
