Shredded potato is a regular guest on my table. My family likes it. Today I also added some fresh celery, which tastes good!

Ingredients

2 potatoes
100g celery
2 tablespoons peanut oil
3 g salt
A green onion
A spoonful of monosodium glutamate
A spoonful of rice vinegar

Directions

Step 1
Wash celery well

Step 2
Wash and peel potatoes

Step 3
Cut into filaments and wash away the starch with water

Step 4
Blanch celery with boiling water

Step 5
Put a proper amount of oil into the hot pot and add scallion

Step 6
Add shredded potatoes

Step 7
Stir fry with soy sauce

Step 8
Add rice vinegar

Step 9
Add celery and stir fry

Step 10
Stir fry evenly and add an appropriate amount of monosodium glutamate to get out of the pot
