Fried celery with Hericium erinaceus
It is a healthy food for scraping oil, reducing fat, moistening intestines and nourishing stomach.
Ingredients
80g Hericium erinaceus300g celery
10ml oil
2 g salt
8g red pepper

Step 1
Soak Hericium erinaceus in cold water and change water in time
