Dry clean the tofu and cut it into strips. Put the celery section into boiling water, cook until it changes color, pick it up immediately, and pass cold water, so that the celery is crisp, tender, refreshing and delicious.

Cool the oil in a hot pot, heat the oil for 80%, add dried tofu and fry it slightly until it turns yellow. In this way, it is not fragile. Good looking.
