Fried celery and dried bean curd with sauce is very simple. The flavor depends on the soybean chili sauce I made. As long as I fry it to get the sauce flavor, this dish is good. There is no need to add too much seasoning, even pepper. When I make the sauce, I have added seasoning, which tastes super good. Therefore, fried vegetables have a special flavor. Special appetizers with rice.

Ingredients

2 pieces of dried incense
A celery
Appropriate amount of vegetable oil
Proper amount of salt
1g chicken essence
5g raw extract

Directions

Step 1
Ingredients: 2 celery, 2 dried tofu

Step 2
Remove the leaves of celery, wash it several times and cut it into sections. Because it is large celery, it needs to be blanched. In this way, the taste is better. Dry clean the tofu and cut it into strips. Put the celery section into boiling water, cook until it changes color, pick it up immediately, and pass cold water, so that the celery is crisp, tender, refreshing and delicious.

Step 3
Cool the oil in a hot pot, heat the oil for 80%, add dried tofu and fry it slightly until it turns yellow. In this way, it is not fragile. Good looking.

Step 4
Put the fried dried tofu aside, stir fry the celery section over a high fire to make it fragrant

Step 5
