Fried beef with leek

Ingredients

hotbed chives
salt
Chicken essence
ginger
Garlic
Cooking wine
Blend oil
Sesame oil

Directions

Step 1
Stir fry the sliced beef until it's eight mature. Set aside. Chop ginger and garlic. Wash leeks and cut into sections.

Step 2
Saute ginger and garlic in oil pan, stir fry leeks for a while, then add beef, cooking wine, a little salt and chicken essence, stir well.

Step 3
Add a few drops of sesame oil, stir fry evenly, and serve.
