Ingredients

300 g rice noodles
150g beef
Right amount of green pepper
Proper amount of onion
Proper amount of oil
Moderate salt
Proper amount of cooking wine
Appropriate amount of corn starch

Directions

Step 1
Soak rice noodles in water for 2 hours in advance, or boil for 10 minutes

Step 2
After the rice noodles are cooked, pour them into cold water. When frying, remove them in advance and drain them

Cut beef in advance, add salt, cooking wine and corn starch, marinate for more than half an hour, set aside
