Fried beans with meat skin
Oil bean is a special variety of string beans produced in Northeast China. Thick skinned beans are small and easy to ripen. It tastes soft and waxy and is deeply loved.
Ingredients
500g oil beans200g meat skin
1 tbsp oil
6 g salt
1 tbsp soy sauce
2G monosodium glutamate
Appropriate amount of onion and ginger
Directions
Step 1
Ingredients: wash oil beans, clean meat skin, onion, ginger
Step 2
Heat oil, saute shallot and ginger
Step 3
Put in the skin
Step 4
Cook in soy sauce
Step 5
Stir fry until the skin is evenly colored
Step 6
Add beans and stir fry evenly
Step 7
Add proper amount of water and stew for 10 minutes
Step 8
Stir fry once in the middle and season with salt
Step 9
Stew until cooked, add monosodium glutamate to freshen it. Out of the pot and on the plate
