This fried barbecue is the private version of my family. Because a large amount of cumin is added, the barbecue flavor is full. The beef is fried and roasted in the high temperature of the pan. The pot is full of gas, tender and chewy. The newly fried barbecue has no juice. After putting it for a while, there will be a little meat juice, which just adds a moist taste. Try it. You won’t be disappointed.


200g beef fillet
1 green onion
2 parsley
5 red peppers
1 tbsp cumin powder
Proper amount of chili powder
A little pepper
0.5 teaspoon salt
A little oyster sauce
A little steamed fish and soy sauce
A little sesame oil


Step 1
1. Slice Beef Fillet, medium thickness, about 2 to 3 mm

Step 2
Add cumin powder, chili powder, pepper powder, salt and oyster sauce to beef fillet, and then add a little sesame oil to mix well

Step 3
Add half the scallions and parsley stalks, cover with plastic wrap and marinate for 20 minutes

Step 4
Stir in shredded red pepper and the other half of green onion before frying

Step 5
When the pan is hot enough, pour in an appropriate amount of oil, add beef and side dishes, add an appropriate amount of salt, fry slightly and stir fry. When the beef is cut off, there is less steamed fish, soy sauce and coriander leaves
