Fragrant fish with cabbage sauce
It’s very delicious to mix the fragrant cabbage with the fish belly with strong soy sauce. Pour the soup on the rice and eat three bowls easily!
Ingredients
3 slices of cabbage1 carp belly
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 section of scallion
3 slices of ginger
1 tablespoon cooking wine
2 tablespoons northeast sauce
1 tablespoon sweet noodle sauce
1 tablespoon seafood sauce
1 coriander

Step 1
Break the cabbage into small pieces by hand
Step 2
Add vegetable oil into the pot, cut the fish brisket several times and fry until both sides are set
Step 3
Add scallion, ginger slices, cooking wine and proper amount of water
Step 4
Add northeast sauce, sweet flour sauce and seafood sauce
Step 5
Add cabbage pieces and simmer over medium heat for about 20 minutes
Step 6
When the soup is concentrated, turn off the fire and sprinkle coriander
