500 ml water
200g Flammulina velutipes
300g fat cow
11 ml edible oil
3 G ginger slices
5g minced garlic
8ml chili sauce
3 g salt
5g cooking wine


Step 1
Put water in the pot, pour in a small amount of oil, turn in Flammulina velutipes, cook over high heat for 1 minute, remove and set aside

Step 2
Put oil in the pot, add ginger and minced garlic, and fry over high heat until fragrant

Step 3
Pour in yellow lantern chili sauce and stir fry for 2 minutes

Step 4
Add proper amount of water, pour in fat cattle and cook over high heat for 2 minutes

Add salt and cook over high heat until discolored. Pour in Flammulina velutipes and cooking wine
