250g Flammulina velutipes
1 tablespoon chopped pepper
1 / 2 tbsp salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 / 2 tbsp oyster sauce
1.5 tablespoons raw soy sauce
1 / 2 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 shallots


Step 1
Cut the root of Flammulina velutipes and divide it into small locks

Step 2
Blanch Flammulina velutipes in boiling water for 1 minute and drain

Step 3
In a bowl, add salt, sugar, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil and proper amount of water

Step 4
Add vegetable oil into the pot, add chopped pepper and stir fry until fragrant

Step 5
Pour in the juice and boil for 20 seconds before turning off the heat
