Flammulina velutipes tomato soup

Ingredients

200g Flammulina velutipes
Proper amount of salt
Right amount of onion
Proper amount of ginger
Appropriate amount of ketchup
Right amount of eggs
Appropriate amount of coriander
Proper blending oil
Appropriate amount of sesame oil

Directions

Step 1
Cut off the tail of Flammulina velutipes, wash and set aside.

Step 2
Heat the wok and stir fry with shredded green onion and ginger.

Step 3
Add chopped tomatoes and stir fry.

Step 4
Add water.

Step 5
Bring to a boil and add Flammulina velutipes.

Step 6
Put the eggs into a bowl, stir them up, bring the water to a boil, slowly drop them into the pot and beat them into egg flowers.

Bring to a boil and season with coriander, salt and sesame oil.
