Fish in curry casserole
Step 1Wash and dry the fish fillet, add appropriate amount of salt, oil, cooking wine, pepper, chopped ginger, onion and garlic, stir and marinate for half an hour.
Step 2Pat fish fillets and Brisket with multi-purpose frying powder, deep fry in oil pan until golden yellow on the surface, and then dry with oil.
Step 3Stir fry with ginger, onion and garlic of salted fish in oil pan, add 2 tbsp curry powder, stir fry with fresh milk, add laurel leaf, cinnamon pepper and star anise, simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 4Add 3G coffee powder, proper amount of fish sauce, 1-2 teaspoons honey and stir well, then add proper amount of coconut milk and stir well.
Step 5After mixing the curry juice, add the fried fish, stir fry gently and quickly, let it stick curry juice evenly, heat the casserole and cut the scallion into sections.
Step 6Pour the curry fish and its juice into a hot casserole, sprinkle with scallion, cover and simmer for 3 minutes, remove the lid, stir well and serve.
