Fish head soup with pickled vegetables

Ingredients

200g sauerkraut
Appropriate amount of salt
Appropriate amount of chicken essence
Moderate amount of ginger
Proper amount of cooking wine

Ingredients: silver carp head, pickled cabbage, coriander, ginger, boiled fish seasoning.
