It’s very comfortable to eat a bowl of light and delicious fish balls soup on a cold day. In fact, this dish is also my first time to cook. Although the process is troublesome, the result is very gratifying. It’s really beautiful to see snow-white fish balls in the bowl. The key is that my son likes to eat very much. He eats six and drinks the soup. It’s really satisfying to be a mother.

1000g grass carp
2 canola
Proper amount of salt
1 ginger
2 pickled shiitake mushrooms
20G egg white
A little pepper
1 shallot
Proper amount of water

Step 1
Prepare the required materials (the fish was bought by my husband. I forgot to tell him that it was used for making fish balls. He asked the seller to cut it into pieces. Fortunately, it's not too small)

Step 2
Scrape off the fish meat with a spoon, and clean the spines with the scraped fish paste

Step 3
After scraping all the minced fish, put it on the chopping board and chop it into mud with the back of the knife

Step 4
Put the fish puree in a large bowl, add ginger and scallion water, and stir in one direction with an egg beater

Step 5
Then add salt / Pepper and egg white, continue to stir until the fish paste is completely absorbed and sticky, and then put it into the refrigerator for 20 minutes

Step 6
Put an appropriate amount of water into the pot, squeeze out the fish mud with a tiger's mouth in one hand, and dig out the fish mud with a spoon in the other hand and put it into the pot

Step 7
Then fire and cook the fish balls slowly (first blanch the fish balls with a small fire and then cook them with medium fire)

Step 8
Put a little salt in the bowl, pour boiling water, rinse, and put the cooked fish balls in

Step 9
Cut rape and shiitake mushrooms

Step 10
Bring the pot to a boil, pour a spoonful of Golden Arowana, and eat mixed oil and an appropriate amount of salt

Step 11
Blanch the rape and mushrooms (I also blanched a piece of red pepper)

Step 12
Put rape / mushroom / red pepper in fish ball clear soup.
