A no recipe, recipe from Bella Cucina's Alisa Barry


2 cups fresh fennel
1/2 cup young celery
2 clementines or blood oranges
1 bunch italian parsley
olive oil and red wine vinegar to taste
1-2 pinches Bella Cucina Citrus and Fennel Salt


Step 1
Add veggies, fruit and parsley to a salad bowl, toss with olive oil and vinegar, generously sprinkle with Citrus and Fennel salt. Buon appetito!
