Cold eggplant is salty and delicious. It’s simple and fast.


2 eggplant
Five garlic
1 onion
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon fuel consumption
1 tablespoon sesame oil
5g salt


Step 1
Remove the head and tail of two eggplants and wash them

Cut eggplant into long strips for standby

Boil the water in the steamer and steam the eggplant
