We steamed chicken at noon today and had eggplant with bean sprouts in chicken sauce for dinner

Ingredients

1 eggplant
150g bean sprouts
A spoonful of chicken juice
A spoonful of salt

Directions

Step 1
Wash the eggplant, cut it into pieces and soak it for 5 minutes

Step 2
Heat the oil pan, stir fry the eggplant, add a little water, cover and stew

Step 3
Add chicken juice to the pot. I added it twice

Step 4
Add bean sprouts, stew until cooked, stir fry, mix evenly, and bring out of the pot ~
