Cold eggplant with minced garlic is not greasy. It is a healthy way to cook. Steam the eggplant, tear it into strips, pound some mashed garlic, add some sesame oil and pour sauce. It’s delicious!


1 eggplant (purple skin, long)
3 cloves garlic
1 onion
1 / 4 tbsp salt
A small amount of white granulated sugar
1 tablespoon raw soy sauce
5 drops of soy sauce
A small amount of sesame oil
A small amount of edible oil
Half a bowl of water


Step 1
Wash the eggplant, cut it into two sections, pat the garlic flat, cut it into garlic rice, and chop the green onion. Put them in bowls for standby.

Put eggplant in a steamer and steam over high heat for 10-15 minutes.

In a clean bowl, add salt, sugar, soy sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil and water. Mix well.
