Dumplings with sea rice, celery and pork

Ingredients

400g celery
400g pork
30g shrimp
500g flour
1 egg
30 ml peanut oil
4G salt
5ml soy sauce
20G scallion
10g ginger
5 ml oyster sauce
3G five spice powder

Directions

Wash the rice and soak in warm water for 30 minutes.
