Dumplings with cabbage, pork and rice


500g cabbage
400g pork
25g shrimp
500g flour
1 egg
30 ml peanut oil
5g salt
10 ml soy sauce
15g scallion
10g ginger
3G five spice powder


Step 1
Wash the sea rice and soak it in warm water for 30 minutes.

Cut the pork into mince.

Cut onion and ginger into small pieces.

Mix onion, ginger and minced meat with seasoning.

Take out the soaked rice and chop it.
