Ingredients

Right amount of lamb tripe, ham, shrimp, kelp, Flammulina velutipes, bean skin, hot pot, balls, bean sprouts
Right amount of red oil bean paste, green onion, ginger, garlic, dry red pepper, pepper and star anise leaves

Directions

Step 1
All food materials shall be cleaned and ready for use

Step 2
Heat the oil in a pot until the oil temperature is 45% hot. Add onion, ginger, garlic and pepper. After frying until fragrant, add a little more red oil and bean paste. Stir fry the red oil over a low heat and pour in clean water. Of course, it's better if it's old soup.

Step 3
Bring to a boil. Add ingredients according to the length of ripening time. First put mutton tripe, hot pot balls and kelp.
