Popularize Shacha sauce, because northerners really don’t know much about it~

300 g Cauliflower
1 teaspoon king of tsacha
Right amount of sausage
Appropriate amount of onion, ginger and garlic
Moderate salt

Step 1
Wash cauliflower, break and drain. Sausages, onion, ginger and garlic, cut and set aside.

Step 2
Cool the oil in a hot pan. When the oil is 50% hot, stir fry the onion, ginger and garlic over low heat until fragrant.

Step 3
Add sausages and stir fry until the sausages are transparent, then add cauliflower and stir fry

Step 4
Add a little soy sauce, salt, as well as the king's tea sauce, because the tea sauce, soy sauce have salinity, so the salt should be reduced.

Step 5
Stir fry until there is no raw taste, then out of the pot. I don't like to eat over Fried Cauliflower. On the one hand, cauliflower is rich in some water-soluble nutrients. Long time high temperature heating or boiling can easily cause damage to nutrients. Secondly, I really don't like that kind of taste. I like crispy~
