Dry-Fried Green Beans with Minced Pork and Preserved Vegetables
I bought fresh string beans when I was shopping in the market. When I said string beans, I thought of using them to dry stir fry. I haven’t eaten them for a long time. I’ll try them tonight.
Ingredients
350g green beans4 dried peppers
3 cloves garlic
1 small piece of ginger
Appropriate amount of vegetable oil
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
Half a teaspoon of refined salt
Directions
Step 1
Remove the tendons from the string beans and break them into small pieces
Step 2
Rinse the broken green beans with clean water and drain them thoroughly (the water must be drained, otherwise it will be dangerous for the water to splash and hurt the skin when frying in the oil pan)
Step 3
Cut ginger into shredded ginger, chopped garlic, dried pepper into small pieces
Step 4
Pour a little more vegetable oil than the normal amount into the pot and heat it
Step 5
Pour the drained green beans into the oil pan
Step 6
Deep fry for a few minutes until the skin is slightly wrinkled
Step 7
Fry it almost like this to remove the drain oil
Step 8
Leave a little bottom oil in the pot, add shredded ginger, minced garlic and dried pepper and saute until fragrant
Step 9
Pour in the fried green beans and stir fry
Step 10
Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Step 11
Add 1 tablespoon sugar
Step 12
Add half a teaspoon of refined salt
Step 13
Continue to stir fry evenly and then out of the pot
Step 14
With a bowl of rice, it's quite delicious
