Dry-Fried Green Beans with Minced Pork and Preserved Vegetables
It tastes spicy. You can choose it for meals in four seasons.
Ingredients
500g green beans80g minced meat
Proper oil
4 dried peppers
1g pepper

Step 1
Clean the green beans, pinch off the tips at both ends, tear off the old tendons and break them into segments
