Drunk ribs
Drunken spareribs are a traditional famous dish in Fuzhou. Almost every family will cook this dish during the local spring festival. Adults and children love to eat it. No one in Fuzhou knows it and doesn’t love it. It can be said that it is a second kill dish on the table. This dish has a strong aroma, intoxicating, sour, sweet and slightly spicy, crisp outside and fresh inside.
Ingredients
400g pork chop100g water chestnut
1 egg
1 tbsp cornmeal
1 tbsp soy sauce
5g scallion
1 teaspoon sugar
1 / 2 tbsp vinegar
A little sesame oil
5g garlic
Appropriate amount of vegetable oil
Directions
Step 1
Cut the ribs into small pieces and soak in water for 1 hour
Step 2
Wash and peel horseshoes
Step 3
Chop scallion and garlic and set aside
Step 4
Stir spareribs and horseshoes evenly
Step 5
Add eggs and mix well
Step 6
Add cornflour
Step 7
Heat the oil in the pot until it is 60% hot, and put the pasted ribs into the pot one by one

Add pepper, sugar, vinegar and soy sauce into a bowl of scallion and garlic to make a drunk juice

Deep fry the ribs until golden and cooked
