Dried pot pork
I haven’t made a dry pot for a long time. It’s rare to have time and materials at home
Ingredients
400g streaky pork100g lotus root
100g cauliflower
2 potatoes
150g celery
20G dry pot sauce
5g salt
50g oil
Directions
Step 1
Clean Korean VCC air cushion pan and add a layer of oil
Step 2
Fry the sliced lotus root in a pan
Step 3
Fry the lotus root until golden and add the potatoes (all the vegetables are oiled)
Step 4
Fry potatoes and add streaky pork
Step 5
Pan fry until golden brown
Step 6
Add oil in VCC air cushion pan, add green onion, ginger and garlic, and stir fry until fragrant
Step 7
Add dry pot sauce and stir fry
Step 8
Stir fry the dry ingredients and add cauliflower and celery
Step 9
Stir well and add streaky pork
Step 10
Keep stir frying, potatoes and lotus root slices are thrown into the stir fry
Step 11
Before adding oil

Then turn off the fire
