2 tofu skins
1 red pepper
2 green peppers
Proper amount of water starch
5 ml delicious
1ml old smoke
5g monosodium glutamate
2G white granulated sugar
3 dried peppers

A section of scallion
Step 12 fresh tofu skins, red pepper and green pepper, wash and set aside.
Step 2Cut the tofu skin into uniform diamond pieces.
Step 3Shake it open after cutting.
Step 4Cut red and green pepper into diamond pieces.
Step 5Cut the dried chili into sections, slice the scallions and garlic.
Step 6Put the tofu skin into the boiling water pot and blanch for one minute. Remove and control the water.
