Ingredients

Two Pleurotus eryngii
Right amount of streaky pork
A green pepper
Proper cooking wine
Proper amount of salt
A spoonful of soy sauce
A spoonful of fuel consumption
A teaspoon of sugar
Appropriate amount of chicken essence
Appropriate amount of millet pepper
Proper amount of ginger

Directions

Step 1
Wash the Pleurotus eryngii, cut it into sections first, then cut it into pieces, squeeze out the water, add an appropriate amount of salt, grasp it evenly, marinate for 10 minutes, squeeze out the water and set aside.
