After soaking in water for one hour, the bamboo shoots swell more than three times and weigh 100g. They are soft and delicate, and no old ones need to be discarded. They can be washed with water and used for later use.

After soaking the bamboo shoots in boiling water, it only takes about 5 minutes to cook them completely, then remove and drain the water.

The pork leg with fat and thin is selected. When cooking, the pork should be cut raw and the skin is soft. It should not be too rotten. After cooking, it should be cut into 1.5-inch pieces. 200 grams is the weight of cooked meat.

Prepare all the ingredients: bamboo shoots, pork slices, ginger and garlic slices, Pixian Douban, Zanthoxylum powder, sugar, etc.
