Dongpo’s braised pork
I bought a casserole and never used it. Try it today
Ingredients
300g streaky pork4 rape
1 bottle of yellow rice wine
2 star anise
1 handful of pepper
1 small piece of ginger
1 tbsp rock sugar
1 section onion
A small amount of salt
3 tbsp soy sauce
4 fragrant leaves
4 Orange Peel
Proper amount of water
Directions
Step 1
Boil the water and scald the pork to remove the fishy smell
Step 2
Remove the pig hair from the skin and clean it
Step 3
Cut the meat into small pieces of similar size and set aside
Step 4
Slice the ginger, cut the green onion and put it at the bottom of the pot to prevent it from touching the bottom of the pot
Step 5
Put the skin down and put the meat in order
Step 6
Add rock sugar, fragrant leaves, seasoning, soy sauce and yellow rice wine.

A bottle of yellow rice wine
Step 8
Bring to a boil and simmer over a low heat for about 2 hours
Step 9
Put the meat in a vessel, put rape, add the stew soup and steam for half an hour.
