Sauerkraut fish is one of the favorite fish practices of greedy cats in my family. Every time I make a big bowl, it’s not enough to eat. The home sauerkraut fish that tastes good and eats is actually very simple.


1 black fish
1 bag of sauerkraut fish seasoning
Appropriate amount of onion and ginger
Appropriate amount of chicken essence
10 pepper
10 garlic cloves
1 scoops of Baijiu
1 tablespoon pepper

2 tablespoons cooking wine
Appropriate amount of coriander
1 tablespoon white vinegar
