250g shredded tofu
2 green peppers
Half a red pepper
Appropriate amount of onion and ginger
A spoonful of spicy sauce
15 ml soy sauce
Half a spoonful of sugar
Proper amount of salt
A little vinegar
3 cloves garlic
1 red pepper


Step 1
Get all the ingredients ready.

Step 2
Pour oil into a frying pan and saute chives, ginger, garlic and pepper.

Add shredded tofu and stir fry

Add a spoonful of chili sauce

Add soy sauce

Step 6
Add half a spoonful of sugar

Add green and red pepper and stir fry evenly

Add appropriate amount of sesame oil
