Deep-Fried Tofu

Ingredients

1 piece of Southern tofu
starch
egg
ketchup
Yuanzhen sugar

Directions

Step 1
Egg and starch to make a thick paste. Cut the tofu into pieces and then wrap it in paste.

Step 2
Put in hot oil until golden and serve.

Step 3
Leave the bottom oil in the pan, pour in tomato sauce, add sugar and starch, thicken slightly. Put the tofu down and wrap it in eggplant juice.
