Deep fried shrimp steak
Step 1Cut off the whiskers of shrimp, leave the head and tail, remove the skin, cut open from the back, connect the abdomen, remove the sand line, wash, put it on the plate or chopping board, sprinkle with salt and marinate with cooking wine for 5 minutes.
