Curry oxtail soup


400g oxtail
30g scallion
Proper amount of ginger
1 star anise
200g carrot
200g onion
Moderate curry
Moderate yellow rice wine


Step 1
Soak ox tail tendon in bleeding water and wash.

Step 2
Cut scallions into sections and slice ginger.

Step 3
After the water is boiled, add oxtail tendon, remove the blood stain after boiling, add yellow rice wine and spices.

Step 4
Cut the onion into large pieces, cut the carrot into pieces and add.

Step 5
Cook until oxtail is slightly crisp, add curry pieces and cook until crisp.
