Curry Chicken Chop Rice is always ranked in the top spear in the takeout list. There are also stores with it as the number one signature food in shopping malls. Why is it so popular? When I made this delicious food myself, I finally understood ~


200g Golden Arowana high quality oil sticky rice
1 chicken thigh
30g onion
80g potatoes
80g carrot
1 egg
10ml cooking wine
3 g salt
1g pepper
5g honey
30g curry pieces
Appropriate amount of starch
Proper amount of bread bran
Appropriate amount of edible oil


Step 1
Wash the rice with clean water. Cook rice in an electric rice cooker.

Wash chicken thighs and remove bones.

Step 3
Cut the chicken leg.

Put the chicken leg meat into a bowl, add 10ml cooking wine, 3G salt, 1g pepper and 5g honey. (the proportion of sauce is increased or decreased according to individual taste.)

After grasping well, marinate for 30 minutes. (salting overnight is better and more delicious.)

The marinated chicken leg is coated with a thin layer of starch.
