Curry Chicken Chop Rice is always ranked in the top spear in the takeout list. There are also stores with it as the number one signature food in shopping malls. Why is it so popular? When I made this delicious food myself, I finally understood ~
200g Golden Arowana high quality oil sticky rice
1 chicken thigh
10ml cooking wine
3 g salt
30g curry pieces
Appropriate amount of starch
Proper amount of bread bran
Appropriate amount of edible oil
Step 1Wash the rice with clean water. Cook rice in an electric rice cooker.
Step 2Wash chicken thighs and remove bones.
Step 3Cut the chicken leg.
Step 4Put the chicken leg meat into a bowl, add 10ml cooking wine, 3G salt, 1g pepper and 5g honey. (the proportion of sauce is increased or decreased according to individual taste.)
Step 5After grasping well, marinate for 30 minutes. (salting overnight is better and more delicious.)
Step 6The marinated chicken leg is coated with a thin layer of starch.
Step 7Then wrap it with egg liquid.
Step 8Finally, wrap a layer of bread bran.
Step 9Pick it up and shake off the excess bread bran.
Step 10Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot. When the oil temperature is 60% hot, turn to medium heat and put the chicken chops into the oil pot.
Step 11After one side is set, turn the chicken chops over and fry until both sides are golden. (put the fried chicken chop into the pot and fry it again. It tastes crispy.)
Step 12Remove the chicken chops and control the oil.
Step 13Heat the oil in the pot, pour in onions, radishes and potatoes and stir fry.
Step 14Add fresh water without ingredients, add 30g curry, bring to a boil, and stir the curry sauce evenly.
Step 15Stew over medium heat until the potatoes and carrots are soft and rotten, and finally collect the juice over high heat.
Step 16Put an appropriate amount of rice in a small bowl and turn the rice bowl upside down on the plate. Scoop up a spoonful of cooked curry potatoes.
Step 17Cut the chicken chops into pieces and put them on the plate. The rice can be decorated with a little cooked black sesame. A curry chicken chop rice is ready. You can taste it, too.
