Cold spinach peanuts
This dish brought a lot of laughter to my childhood. I remember when I was a child, my mother made this dish by directly mixing the whole peanuts with spinach. Basically, the peanuts in this dish disappeared as soon as I ate it. Why? Because our sister and brother are picky about food and like to pick up peanuts. Then the three of us always sit down and eat a meal in the scolding of our mother. Mother is a traditional rural housewife with low culture. She won’t tell us any big truth, but she can always teach us in the small things in life. My good friends know that I belong to the action school, and my action school also comes from my mother’s education. One of the most impressive words of my mother is that “eyes are cowards, hands are heroes” has been with me to this day. Don’t shrink back because of difficulties. Look, this thing will never be completed. Only when it is done can there be results.
