Cold preserved egg tofu


1 box lactone tofu
2 preserved eggs
3 G scallion
3 G garlic
1g salt
3 tablespoons chili oil
10g fresh soy sauce
3 G sesame oil
1g monosodium glutamate


Step 1
Cut tofu into pieces and cut preserved eggs with water

Step 2
Chopped scallion and garlic

Step 3
Place the cut ingredients on a plate and pour sesame oil into it

Step 4
Pour in fresh sauce, oil salt, monosodium glutamate and sugar

Step 5
Drizzle with chili oil
