When it’s hot in summer, it’s best to have a bowl of cold noodles. Spicy ones are more appetizing!


500g wonton noodles
40g carrots
40g cucumber
10g salt
10g ginger
10g garlic
1 small bowl of cold boiled water
25g raw extract
25g vinegar
5g sugar
5g monosodium glutamate
10g pepper oil
30g chili oil
1 tsp salad oil
30g coriander
10g crushed peanuts
5g black sesame


Step 1
Peel and shred carrots

Step 2
Marinate shredded carrots with 5g salt for ten minutes

Peel and shred cucumber

Step 4
Put ginger and garlic, 1 tablespoon cold boiled water, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, monosodium glutamate, pepper oil and red pepper in a bowl, mix well and place for 10 minutes

Put wonton noodles into boiling water, scatter and cook for three minutes, remove and cool in cold water

Put a tablespoon of salad oil into the noodles and mix well. Add shredded cucumber, shredded carrot, coriander, crushed peanut and black sesame

Sprinkle the prepared seasoning, stir well, and then you can enjoy it
