Cold mung bean sprouts
It’s hot in summer, so I like to eat cold dishes, which are sour, hot and refreshing.
Ingredients
1 kg green bean sproutsAppropriate amount of scallion
2 millet peppers
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp cold vinegar
1 tbsp pepper oil
2 tbsp chili oil
1 tbsp cold boiled
Directions
Step 1
Remove the roots of mung bean sprouts and wash them.
Step 2
Blanch the water for a minute and pick it up.
Step 3
Mix a bowl of sauce oil and water, 1 tablespoon salt, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon cold boiled, mix well, so as to make the salt melt better. You can also omit this and mix it cold.
Step 4
Blanch the bean sprouts into a plate, sprinkle with scallion, millet and pepper.
Step 5
Pour the soy sauce water, pepper oil and pepper oil, and mix well.
