300g bitter cabbage
50g garlic
20G delicious
20G vinegar
10g sesame oil


Step 1
Pick the bitter cabbage, remove the roots, wash, drain the water and set aside

Step 2
Mash six cloves of garlic, add two tablespoons of delicious (about 20g), one tablespoon of sesame oil (about 10g) and two tablespoons of vinegar (about 20g) and stir well
