500g chicken leg
15g dried mushroom
15g nine storey tower
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon jiangmi wine
1 tablespoon soy sauce
4G sugar
4 slices of ginger
4-5 cloves garlic
1g salt

Step 1
Prepare the ingredients, soak the dried mushrooms with water, remove the roots and clean them, clean the chicken legs, chop them for standby, and clean the nine storey tower for standby

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot. It's best to use this black sesame oil, which is very fragrant

Don't burn the oil too hot. Add ginger slices and garlic and stir fry until fragrant

Pour in chicken leg meat, stir fry until it changes color, and add rice wine first

Add mushrooms, soy sauce and sugar. Do not add water. Boil over low heat for about 30 minutes
