Chicken with Three Cups Sauce
Sanbei chicken is a famous dish in Taiwan. You must order it when you go to a Taiwanese restaurant because it is so delicious. The nine story tower with unique spices is the finishing touch. This dish can’t be better for entertaining guests
Ingredients
500g chicken20 ml sesame oil
One green and one red pepper each
Several red onions
Several nine storey towers
60ml flower carving wine
50ml edible oil
10ml soy sauce
40ml raw extract
Several rock candy
Several garlic
Several slices of ginger
Proper amount of dry pepper
Directions
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients according to the main ingredients list, including sliced green and red peppers, and mix sesame oil, soy sauce and raw soy sauce into juice for standby. This is "three cups"
Step 2
Pour edible oil into the pot, add red onion, garlic and ginger, and explode
Step 3
Stir fry the chicken next time
Step 4
Add the seasoning, stir fry and color, and then add rock sugar and flower carving wine
Step 5
Pour the fried chicken pieces and the Soup into the casserole

Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes
