I’ve made chicken curry rice for my family these days. I’ve used a spicy curry. It’s delicious. I haven’t eaten enough for two days. My family likes it very much. They say it’s better than Kung Pao diced chicken. Chicken curry rice is very simple to make.


4 chicken breasts
Half an onion
2 potatoes
35g curry
1 tablespoon cooking wine
1 tablespoon raw soy sauce
A little sugar
A little pepper
A little salt
A little edible oil


Step 1
Peel and dice the potatoes and cut them into small cubes of about 1.5cm.

Step 2
Peel and dice the onion, and cut it into small cubes of about 1.5cm.

Step 3
Wash and dice the chicken breast, clean the knife after cutting the meat, and put it into the knife sterilizer to kill the bacteria, which can kill 99.99% of the bacteria

Step 4
Pour oil into the frying pan and stir fry the potatoes for 1-2 minutes.

Step 5
Stir fry the onions with the oil in the pot, and then pull the onions aside.

Step 6
Continue to pour the remaining oil into the diced chicken and stir fry until white. Add cooking wine, pepper and sugar.

Step 7
Put diced potatoes into the pot, add raw soy sauce and stir fry. Add water that has not been used as potatoes in the pot

Step 8
Add curry and cook until the water in the pot is thick. It's delicious with rice.
