Add soy sauce, salt, sugar and sesame oil into ginger and garlic seeds and mix well

Put the seasoning prepared in the previous step into the chicken stomach together with the coriander and onion bundled into a ball. (don't put it all away, leaving part of the seasoning)

Heat the oil in the pan and fry the chicken on both sides until golden (this step is not troublesome, but the fried chicken will be more fragrant and skin tighter)

Put the fried chicken into the pressure cooker, pour in the remaining seasoning, onion and coriander in the previous step, add soy sauce, some salt and sugar, and add a small amount of water (the water pressed in the pressure cooker volatilizes less, so there is no need to add too much water). If there is no pressure cooker, you can cook directly in the frying pan

Put the chicken stewed in the pressure cooker into the pot and then collect the juice. At this time, you can try the taste and seasoning properly. This step can also be omitted, because the chicken pressed by the pressure cooker is already cooked
