Chicken fork potato soup

Ingredients

300g diced potato (dehydrated)
Proper amount of salt
Right amount of onion
1 star anise
3 dried peppers

Directions

Step 1
Wash the chicken fork and get ready.

Step 2
Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces.

Step 3
Blanch the chicken fork with boiling water (this step is gone. Maybe I forgot to take pictures when I was busy. Please remember to blanch), start the pot, put the blanched chicken fork, potatoes and water to boil. Add scallion and star anise.

Step 4
Add dry red pepper, bring to a boil over high heat, cook over medium low heat, and remove the minced meat in the middle.

Step 5
After 20 minutes, the potato noodles and chicken fork are cooked. Add an appropriate amount of salt. It's already very fresh. Personally, I don't think it's necessary to put MSG and so on.
